Pre-Sales Technical Consultation
Avante Digital is committed to establishing long-term relationships with all of our customers. This means our highly qualified technical support team can analyse and plan a custom storage solution specifically designed for your environment and budget, or assist in any pre-sale product configuration or technology issues.
On-site Installation and Training
Avante Digital ensures you will have a successful, problem-free installation. We will provide installation, configuration, and testing of the unit along with training for operating and trouble shooting of the equipment. Avante Digital has the expertise to get your mission-critical applications up and running at maximum performance. Once the Installation plan is complete and your equipment has been delivered, your Technical Consultant begins coordinating the installation. Avante Digital makes sure that the system is made ready for you, demonstrated for you and turned over to you. This service option is available from Avante Digital via contract.
Advance Replacement Cross Ship
Most Avante Digital products and storage solution packages are backed by standard return-to-manufacturer warranties but options are available for 24 or 48-hour express replacement, cross-ship warranties, as well as on-site service and extended warranties via annual contract.

Requests for technical assistance may be submitted by e-mail. Customers may e-mail their requests for technical assistance to firstname.lastname@example.org. E-mail requests for technical assistance are promptly answered. Technical support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

7x24 Telephone Tech Support Hotline
For mission critical environments, a customer can purchase access to Avante Digitals 7x24x1 Technical Support Hot Line, where telephone technical support is offered 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with a 1 hour response time. An Avante Digital Technician will be on-call 7x24 at all times and can be reached via cell phone. This service option is available from Avante Digital via annual contract.
5x8 On Site Service and Support
To respond to the varying needs of our valued customers, Avante Digitals service plans are tailored to fit our customers’ specific needs. There are two service contract options available:
5x8x4 On-site support (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
5x8 Next day support (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., next day business response)
